Labour MP Apsana Begum, 31, had been charged with three counts of fraud. She was accused of conning a local council out of £64,000 in housing benefits. But today, Begum wept in the dock as she was found not guilty of all charges.

Have I got this right - the original complaint about Apsana Begum was made by Sayed Uddin the brother-in-law of Haque, her abusive partner, & Chair of the housing subcommittee that decided to prosecute her & also the person who Begum claimed filed housing claims in her name?
