This has been extended repeatedly and I think it's time to let it expire. Landlords cannot be expected to carry this financial burden forever. Not all buildings are owned by corporations who can more easily absorb the loss. Some people live on this investment income. I thought you needed some air, even if that air is fouled by the stench of European socialism.
