The Nigerian government assembled at least six lawyers at the Cour De’Appel De Cotonou, Benin Republic, on Monday, in its desperate bid to secure the extradition of Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo, more commonly called Sunday Igboho.“The court session took no less than 13 hours because of frequent breaks in-between. Also, the Beninese court system is different from the system of law in Nigeria.
“Nigerian courts have an adversarial system of justice but Benin Republic has an inquisitorial system; a justice system in which the judge takes the matter on himself to inquire like an investigator, asking questions and probing the two parties,” a legal source said.
So juju failed Sunday Igboho.
BBN: “IT IS TOO EARLY FOR THESE” FANS REACTS TO VIDEO OF BOMA AND NIYI, ANGEL AND SAMMIE CAUGHT ON CAMERA LAST NIGHT
They will at last, unless Igboho is set free now. Dragging this case will only land him back to Nigeria
They are fake lawyers, they should have known he can't be extradited. Their certificates need questioning.
YeleSowore, Nigeria has better qualified lawyers who still use their heads and not their emotions. Nigeria is not trying to extradite igboho until 🇧🇯 is done with him under their own laws. When they are done, he will not be allowed to remain in their country, he will be deported
E choke 😂
I never see a Northern lawyer before
You guys don't know how Government works. It is better for Nigeria to have Igboho serving term in Benin prison than here. Also,if Nigeria Government want Benin to hand in Igboho, it will achieve it. A threat to close border is enough.
Big shame to Nigeria government for sending lawyer to represent them in Benin Republic
Why na, their cut off mark na 2? 🤣🤣🤣
They will keep failing because the zoo itself is a failed State
I won't be surprised those lawyers are Southerners, especially yorubas.
