The Prosecutor from the ministry, E.S. Atane, said, “Musa was charged for the offence reasonably suspected to be rape on his 11-year-old biological daughter, who is a first-year Junior Secondary School student at their residence within Ado Ekiti Magisterial District, on 19th of May, 2021”. He said that the offence was “contrary to Section 357 of the Criminal Code Cap. C38 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004”.
