In a stunning new police statement tendered in the Melbourne Magistrates' Court, Mohinder Singh has revealed that he called his former boss immediately after ploughing into the police officers last April, and said that he fell asleep at the wheel.Singh's comments, both in the statement and in the witness box, come as part of a hearing which is testing the evidence against his former manager, Simiona Tuteru.
