At last- sensible, logic and safe decision. By all means open up, but masks and social distancing should remain in place until infection rates come down and young people are vaccinated.
Is this Guidance like the Ministerial Code, so we can ignore it if we want (or only Tories allowed to ignore the Code, or COVID rules?)
