You will be considered a terrorist if they say you are a terrorist - even if they have no clear evidence and courts declare that that tag is unjust or baseless. There's no clearer indication of this law being open to abuse more than its proponents saying only their words count.
Seems to me somebody does not want to make a stand for what is correct. OSG should just resign if they will not execute their duties correctly.
