The Constitutional Court is expected to rule on former president Jacob Zuma's, contempt case on Tuesday.

JOHANNESBURG - The Constitutional Court is expected to rule on former president Jacob Zuma's contempt case on Tuesday.The State Capture Commission filed a contempt of court application against Zuma earlier this year after the former president repeatedly failed to appear before the Commission.

The Commission also asked that Zuma be jailed for two years, ordered to pay legal costs in the matter and that his failure to explain himself or apologise to the court should also be considered in deciding the sanction. Judgment on Tuesday, 29 June at 10h00: Is former President Jacob Zuma guilty of contempt of court and, if so, what is the appropriate sanction? Please note that court attendance at this hand down will be limited to 20 members of the public, including the media.

The appropriate sanction will be a fully suspended sentence for 3 years.

Hoping justice will be done. Looters should not simply be given a slap on the wrist and allowed to continue

I doubt that he will be found guilty. Our justice system always favours the rich..

I thought it will wait for the return of full-time CJ for him to pen the judgment.
