The limousine driver believed to be at the centre of Sydney's COVID-19 outbreak will not be fined. 9News

NSW Police sought urgent legal advice to determine whether the driver had broken any laws while transporting international aircrews to and from Sydney airport before sparking infections across Bondi.

"I can now confirm we have received advice that there is insufficient evidence to establish that either the limousine driver or his employer breached any public health orders," Mr Fuller said in a statement.

Someone’s responsible! What do politicians actually do if these limo drivers transporting international airline staff with high risk of covid did not have a law covering Mask wearing. Why also did this limo driver think it was ok to go to movies and cafes rather than limit risk

Hopefully Safework will prosecute both him and his employer under OHS legalisation.

And still the Police Commissioner is trying for a second opinion from laywers to fine him. Dude's just trying to pay bills like everyone else.

His employer should be, surely they should all have the vaccine

Officer 👮‍♀️ can you now find out where did the limo driver pick up delta . Instead of blaming someone for doing their job.

Nor should he be

Now that that is cleared up He broke no laws because the Govt’s negligence in not enforcing restrictions on limo drivers wearing full PPE N95 masks and must be vaccinated The Govt job to protect the public and it failed

It's not his fault. The federal governments quarantine and vaccine roll-out failures started this mess.
