The Supreme Court rules California must pay private businesses to allow unions access to address workers in a case that could have broad property rights implications

The ruling will imperil not only union organizers in California seeking to reach workers but could make it more difficult for the government to allow temporary access in other areas. Chief Justice John Roberts wrote the 6-3 decision. Justice Stephen Breyer, joined by his liberal colleagues Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan, dissented, emphasizing the power of the strong conservative majority.

So if a Union wants to come in to my company and talk to my employees on my time the Union has to pay me. This is great and makes total sense. It is my time and productivity that is being taken, why shouldn't I be compensated.

I personally am surprised progressive Democrats aren’t attacking President Joe Biden‘s cognitive skills, because that would make a vice president Kamala Harris president and then progressive Democrats with Kamala Harris could run whatever they want !

So a landlord... can deny access to their tenants completely or demand, like, a toll? Is what I'm getting? This is a totally bizarroland ruling. I don't understand it at all...
