An Adelaide children's content creator who covertly filmed women through the windows of their homes reads an apology to one of his victims in South Australia's District Court.

"I know I am not deserving of your time, but I want to express how sorry I am," he said."I am sincerely sorry for intruding on your privacy and filming you in your own home without your knowledge.

"Since my arrest I have been regularly seeing a clinical psychologist to help me understand and work on my behaviour and to ensure it will never happen again."I've realised that I shouldn't have done to you what I wouldn't want done to my own family." In the apology, Tregloan said he wanted the victim to know the videos he filmed had never left his phone.Tregloan's lawyer, Casey Isaac, argued his client should be spared a jail sentence and given a suspended term or be allowed to serve any sentence he gets on home detention.

Mr Isaac said his client had already been subjected to two weeks in custody and 11 months in home detention at his parents' house."The images were not disseminated, and they were not profited from.He said clinical experts suggested Tregloan had a positive prognosis, and that he had sought further specialised treatment.
