Doesn't matter. Even when TheDemocrats win and have full control. Ultimately Republicans are still in charge. I do wish that SenSchumer would make them actually DO the filibuster. I want to see GOP senators reading from the phone book on C-Span to block this. I want them to own it, instead of with some painless vote. If they had to look like idiots, it would be a deterrent.
