After the Federal Government banned Twitter, many Nigerians circumvented the ban through the use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).

But the office of Abubakar Malami, Attorney-General of the Federation, threatened to prosecute those violating the ban.

Nobody is being prosecutef from using Twitter. That's fake news in the first place. And pls, do ECOWAS have police to enforce court orders domestically? 🤷
