Three men on Tuesday appeared before a Magistrates’ Court for allegedly wandering in black spots in Gwagwalada, FCT.

The prosecutor, Dabo Yakubu, told the court that the defendants were arrested on June 15 and 16 by a police patrol team led by ASP Emmanuel Gabriel of Gwagwalada Division.
