Nadine Lustre’s camp will be contesting the Quezon City Regional Trial Court’s recent ruling ordering her to uphold her exclusive contract with the agency.

“The court, however, granted status quo order in consideration of rights of third parties prior to Nadine’s termination of its contract with VIVA,” the statement read.

Lustre’s camp also asserted that the actress has “fulfilled and continues to respect the prior contracts with third parties even after she terminated the agreement with Viva for various material breach committed by Viva.”

This is a modern day kind of slavery. Imagine the length of the contract. Viva did not actually abide by the contract to manage her fairly. Fams have been for the longest time calling out Viva for the unfair treatment. On top of that they are getting 40% from Nadine.
