Most of the world is desperate for vaccine and we are playing games with it. Set a deadline, then ship it elsewhere. Enough of the vaccine theater.
It seems strange you would fall over the people that may have gotten vaccines if there were no money involved. There were people getting getting to save their neighbors, grandparents, officemate, because they wanted to do the right thing. Now a No-vac could get a trip, & no issue
