In response to court challenge, Ottawa argues imposing a carbon tax is within federal jurisdictionGovernment says federal action is needed to ensure that one province’s failure to act on climate change ‘does not adversely affect the nation as a whole’ And they will almost certainly win this. It's all political posturing on the parts of provinces. Carbon TAX Canadians who are smart enough to realize that we contribute 1.5% of global GHG, and can reduce global emissions by up to 40% by selling natural gas to India and China will, but you’re right idiots may decide it after all...sad...Trudeau’s not that smart...

Alberta’s United Conservatives granted intervener status in carbon tax court challengeInterveners raise issues to help courts decide cases, though they’re not direct parties to the court case wonder what would happen if the masses took the gov't to court as well? Again, it's not a tax. It's a carbon reduction program. Carbon emitters pay a fine. That encourages them to reduce carbon emissions. They pass on the cost to consumers who, as taxpayers, get rebates funded by the fines. There's no tax and nobody loses money. Think about it. mmccdenier Awesome Jason!! Give em hell!!

Alberta’s United Conservative Party seeks to join Saskatchewan’s legal battle against federal carbon taxAlberta’s United Conservative Party and the Ontario government, which had previously applied to be an intervener, filed documents opposing the carbon tax on Friday I know this is asking a lot of Conservatives who are trying to pull the wool over taxpayers' eyes, but there's no tax in Trudeau's carbon reduction plan. Polluting companies pay a fine, they increase prices, taxpayers are compensated with rebates, so there's no tax. A tax? Where? Now imagine those two ,,,,naked. 🤮🤮🤮 All politicians should be forced to to give one televised speech 97% naked. Pasties for nips and little diks. It’s humbling.
