NCC educates telecoms consumers on rights, obligations

The Commissions highlighted the rights and obligations of network users during its 1nformation Technology, IT, market conversations at the Garki International Market, Abuja on Thursday.The NCC is responsible for creating an enabling environment for competition among operators in the industry as well as ensuring the provision of qualitative and efficient the Independent National Regulatory Authority telecommunications services throughout the country.
