There is no proper orientation programme to tell them about their rights under the contracts of employment.

Please educate foreign workers AND local workers of their rights. Make it a requirement for the HR department to explain or get in an independent body to explain workers’ rights. Hold the HR RESPONSIBLE if it later becomes known that workers were still ignorant of their rights.
