Kim Potter, the Minnesota police officer who fatally shot Daunte Wright, was arrested on a charge of second-degree manslaughter.

if any of us had been caught on tape admitting (this is called a confession) to police that we shot and killed someone when we meant to tase them instead, we would've been arrested right then and there for manslaughter. why did they wait so long and 'allow' her to resign?
