Chauvin's defence push drug overdose as main cause of George Floyd's death | Sky News Australia

The trial over Mr Floyd's death has entered its third week of hearings.

The court heard of an incident a year prior to Mr Floyd’s death where he was in the passenger seat of a car which was pulled over and he was subsequently handcuffed after a heated exchange with police. He was later taken to hospital and told a paramedic he had taken opioids as he was being apprehended by the police.

That's an odd way to say 'George Floyd was murdered'.

I’m not sure which is more disturbing; that Sky News is reporting on something they haven’t bothered to watch, or that they’ve seen what’s gone on in that courtroom & this is how they choose to report it. Noone who has actually watched the case would still believe Chauvin did it.
