A 50-year-old woman has faced the Elizabeth Magistrates Court charged with aiding and abetting the murder of Simon Middleton at Virginia last month.

A 50-year-old woman has faced court charged with aiding and abetting the murder of Simon Middleton at Virginia, in Adelaide's north last month.Simon Middleton was shot dead at Virginia on March 8Amanda Jane Draganoff was arrested at a Virginia address on Friday and faced the Elizabeth Magistrates Court this morning.

Police have previously said they believe Mr Middleton, 49, was targeted in an execution-style murder in the early hours of March 8. Ms Draganoff's defence lawyer told the court she intended to apply for home detention bail later this week.She was remanded in custody to face court again on Thursday.Two men were charged with Mr Middleton's murder last month.

29-year-old Matthew Harmati handed himself into police on March 29 and 44-year-old Matthew Draganoff was arrested the following morning.At the time, they said they believed a woman and another man may have been involved in the alleged murder.
