Mr Nazario tells officers that the situation is"messed up", adding his dog is in the back of his car choking - to which the officer continues to tell him to remove his seatbelt and get out the vehicle.Once out the vehicle, the driver repeatedly asks to be told what is happening, and requests a commanding officer while he is pushed to the ground.

Well, the cops should thank their lucky stars they didn't do that to a soldier in any country where the military had ruled the country at any point. They would either be in a military jail after hours of torture, or probably dead with their little station ransacked.

This is too appallingly to watch. What on earth was the policeman thinking? The soldier clearly presented no threat. A most upsetting scene. I pray that the policeman gets a custodial sentence but highly unlikely I suspect.

Havent watched it. But I have 1 question - did he do as he was told by a law enforcement officer acting within the parameters of the law? I suspect the answer is no.
