Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom, has said that his administration would do everything under the law to ensure that peace returns to warring communities

In preparation for the 2021 hajj exercise in Saudi Arabia, The Katsina Pilgrim Welfare Board has scheduled a date to administer COVID-19 vaccines on all 2021 hajj intending pilgrims from the state.

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in a statement last week said starting from the holy month of Ramadan 2021, only intending pilgrims certified to have been inoculated against COVID-19 will be allowed to observe prayers and Umrah in the holy city of Mecca. So far, Saudi Arabia has reported more than 393,000 coronavirus infections and over 6,700 deaths from the virus.
