Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law which may keep him in office until 2036.

The legislation resets his presidency and allows him to run for two more six-year terms and limits any future president to

only two terms in office. The 68-year-old first assumed the role in 2000 and could become one of Russia's longest serving leaders.
