Former corporate titan Ronald Brierley has pleaded guilty to possessing child abuse material.

His carry-on luggage was searched, police said at the time, with police officers discovering “large amounts of child abuse material”. His barrister Lisa-Claire Hutchinson said her client admits to being in possession of some images, but the exact figure is “in dispute” and lower than what the police allege.
