NBCAsianAmerica Hope they lose theirs asses in this case.

NBCAsianAmerica Why does Harvard use different admission criteria based on your race? Do they think Blacks are dumber? Don't they know race is only skin deep?

NBCAsianAmerica Essentially the hardest hit group will be African Americans. Asians already make up a large proportion of students, but apparently that isn't good enough. Since when have scores been the only determination? Job interviews are totally subjective

NBCAsianAmerica They are no longer the best and brightest. Just a bunch of future disbarred attorneys. obama

NBCAsianAmerica Harvard used to be a prestigious place to go to college but liberals ruined that. Democrats destroy everything they touch.

NBCAsianAmerica More racist liberals.... Not even hiding it anymore

NBCAsianAmerica Rich Indians get admission by paying generous donations

THINK Everybody 'discriminates'. I am a discriminating produce buyer; I buy the un-bruised apples and tomatoes...I 'discriminate' between them and the rotting fruits. People have to learn the meanings of words before they make any sort of argument. THINK You tell your story very well and I understand the problems. I am far from perfect but was a senior manager for many years in Dep. of Energy. One of major initiatives was to ensure that qualified minorities had every opportunity to advance, using their God given (next) 1 THINK and acquired talents. It was not easy but together we succeeded. I grew up very hard and worked my way through college and was a Woodrow Wilson Fellow and chose Uiv. of Wisconsin. Am retired but still remain active in helping. All the best to you.

Harvard admissions trial opens with university accused of bias against Asian AmericansIn opening statements, an attorney representing the plaintiff accused the Ivy League university of 'intentional discrimination' against Asian American students. Seems to me the main outcome if the university loses here is that the percentage of white students admitted goes way down (see University of California schools, for example).
