A judge on Monday dismissed a terrorist threat charge against three men accused of helping to orchestrate a plot to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, though they will still stand trial for other charges, including gang membership.Recreation Center on October 16, 2020, in Southfield, Michigan.
Defense attorneys argued that the men did not play a direct role in the alleged plot and there were no direct stated threats being made about killing law enforcement officers, according to
