Chauvin was filmed pinning African American Minneapolis resident George Floyd to the ground during his arrest in May 2020.

AND THE BASIS FOR THIS IS WHAT

We need a federal law that requires conditions must be the same in every voting district. No lines in rural counties? Then no lines in cities. Same number of polling sites/machines per 1,000 ppl no matter where you go.
