A magistrate, Ibrahim Mohammed, attached to Magistrate Court 2, Wuse Zone 6 in Abuja on Wednesday set aside his order which culminated in the arrest, handcuff and imprisonment of a lawyer, Eburu Barth.

The PUNCH reported that the NBA had in a statement by its Secretary, Adebiyi Adetosoye, demanded an application to review the order of the court with over 20 lawyers offering to take on the matter. But on Wednesday, Adetosoye in a statement titled, ‘Mr Eburu Ekwe Barth released and contempt order set aside’, said Magistrate Mohammed granted an application to have the contempt order set aside.
