THE government must step up efforts to implement policies and measures to counter hate speech and intolerance, said the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia . In a statement, Suhakam also called on Putrajaya to create platforms for youths and various groups in society to discuss and address the issue of racial discrimination in the country.
