An 80-year-old chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party in Igangan, simply identified as Pa Olawuwo, has been arraigned in court over the killing of Dr Fatai Aborode.

Our correspondent gathered on Thursday that Olawuwo was arrested and taken to the State Criminal Investigation Department Iyaganku in Ibadan.The Police Public Relations Officer in Oyo State, Mr. Olugbenga Fadeyi, told our correspondent on Friday that the suspect had been arraigned and the court remanded him in police custody.
