PETALING JAYA: The two men who rammed into several vehicles, including a police car, to escape capture near Sierramas, Sungai Buloh, will be charged in court on Friday (March 5).

Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Nik Ezanee Mohd Faisal said both suspects will be produced in front of the Petaling Jaya court at 9am on Friday.

"The 35-year-old suspect is expected to be charged for attempted murder, committing mischief and causing damage, obstructing a public servant from dispensing their duties, possessing offensive weapons and unlawfully keeping another persons identity card. It was reported that a video of a motorist ramming his car into other vehicles at a traffic light before fleeing from the police have gone viral.

One of the police personnel was also seen shooting at the tyres of the car, but the suspect managed to speed off by squeezing between the lorry and car.
