They did not come by this decision lightly; the company engaged consumers, employees, external cultural and subject-matter experts, and diverse agency partners to decide how to best proceed with the rebrand. Identifying strategies onwill likely continue as companies are held accountable for removing racist imagery and honoring their public commitments against systemic racism.
I use to buy the product to pay homage to black history in advertising. Now I won't ever buy the product ever again. You will now, not find one anything, black homage in my house except for my h.s. year books. Cancel culture robbed me of that representation.

Re:Aunt Jemima and Racism. I NEVER associated the name with racism as all the black friends I had as a kid their mothers were far better cooks than my own mother where I had meals with many times. Aunt Jemima always brought back those memories of my friends and their great Moms.
