Proceedings launched against home secretary challenging legal basis for restrictions

Asylum seekers in hotels are being subjected to “false imprisonment” and a 23-hour a day “curfew”, according to a legal challenge lodged in the high court.

Our hearts go out to the asylum seekers and also to the hundreds of homeless Brits sleeping rough on the cold streets of London with no one delivering food to them.

And they will win 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

You’d think they’d be happy with a comfy hotel. But oh no. More more more.

This will result in some head-scratching as most of the people that complain about asylum seekers are the same people that complain about covid restrictions, so they won’t know how to react.

More expense when we should be deporting these illegals. I guess JolyonMaugham and pals will rub hands with glee at more work.
