Wouldn’t it make sense for Professor Fraud to file charges so Brett Kavanaugh can be investigated and charged with a crime and can be impeached? I’m going to go out on a limb and say she won’t do that. We all know it was a sham or else Feinstein wouldn’t have sat on it.

It's really up to Justice Kagan if she choose to be political. Judge Kavanaugh never said that he will be political. I can't believe that Justice Kagan is now suggesting that the Supreme Court might become political. Is she going to? Uh uh!
