3)There are cameras on streets,shops,pubs,hotels,etc which d police can access. Phone records,location settings,etc do not change overnite. Many other ways to find evidences, to prove if either party or both were consensual or divided in a reported crime.

2)The Rule of Law spares no human,rich or poor,white or black,female or male,etc,as no human is above d law. It's about EVIDENCES. Contrary to popular beliefs, perpetrators DO leave trails. There is NO such thing as perfect crime,not in this modern era.
