Wow. Doesn't the JD have better things to do?
Does anybody have the balls to go and arrest Gov Moonbeam Fu×jump for violating Federal Laws ?
MaddowBlog Thank you Jerry Brown
Oops, I thought GOP is for “States Rights“!!! I guess States Rights only matters when it’s for unfettered access to guns, controlling women’s body and LGBTQIA community, discrimination and oppression against Black people...
MaddowBlog Calif is in a terrible shape. The Socialist Dems have took Calif to the brink.
Its Happening!!!! Idiocracy (2006) - Garbage Avalance Scene
Thank You Jerry Brown for keeping all people equal! The internet should be for Rich & Poor! Thx U NetNeutrality JerryBrownGov
As soon as any of the ISPs cross state lines, it's no longer a "California only" issue. Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona are not bound by strictly Californian initiatives. It's the Commerce Clause.
I don't blame the Justice department. Who wants fair and unbiased internet practices? Thank goodness we have the DOJ to watch our backs on this issue.
MaddowBlog Fuckin’ A Jerry!!!!
This is the most bassackward administration, "Oh it's good for the people? We don't like that.Make America Great Again!" Jaysus!
don_wreyford Lesson 1. The "friendly" name of a piece of legislation is the opposite of its intended effect. Lesson 2. The internet & interstate highways are govt inventions for nat'l defense. The Constitution assigns nat'l defense to the fed govt. Moonbeam's law is unconstitutional.
what happened to state's rights.
I'm so freaking tired of this so called government!!! We're going to be stuck declining, while other countries just speed into the future!
boilermaker1978 Don't worry, California. These epic pieces of shit will be gone soon enough. RESIST
Our government is benearh contempt.
The GOP doesn’t believe in “states rights” post 1864.
Good for Gov. Jerry Brown and CA.
A loss of net neutrality is a loss of freedom!
aJSDecepida WH will lose this
CANADA JUST CAVED!!!
Everything is stupid
🤣😂 California can't do what they want
Moonbeam thinks Kalifornia (spelling intentional) is a separate country, not bound by US law.
Bravo Governor Brown and the progressive State of California!
Shit Happens :)
Net neutrality is a great thing for consumers. The GOP hates it because the law doesnt favor corporations. Remember the GOP motto of the people last.
12/15/1791 _10.
Lovin the leadership Governor Brown provides for California.
Lol. Oh well.
What happened to State's Rights
MaddowBlog The injustice department has a right wing bias.
What an embarrassment out state has become.
elisabethbliss But States' rights! Ammiright?
laura4xsure Where you at, all you Federalist/State's Rights fetishists?
I WISHED THE GOVERNORS IN ALL 50 STATES HAD THE BACKBONE AND NERVE JerryBrownGov HAS IN TRYING TO RESTORE NET NEUTRALITY FOR THE COUNTRY.
Isn’t Sessions supposed to be OUR attorney general? Session stinks.
We all aspire to be Ca
does this mean Google, Facebook, Twitter et al will have to stop suppressing conservative stories, opinions and comments?
States Rights?
MaddowBlog The people spoke and told FCC that they wanted Net Neutrality and then the head of the FCC decided to do what he wanted(because he’s a fucking asshole) despite everybody wanting something different. The Justice Dept. is wrong here.
Why would the feds be against what's good for the people or protects the people....hmmm
Thought the R way was to stay out of State business
Stop calling it the “justice department”. Under trump it has been anything but... they should have to rename it until there are adults in charge again.
Typical California!!! Always ahead of the rest of the country.
Good.
When the Dems do something the GOP doesn’t like they scream "States' Rights"! When a Dem State does something the GOP admin doesn’t like they sue the state! Hey GOP! You can’t have it both ways!!!
California is emerging as the next 3rd world country.
The best way to fight the government's attempt to limit the internet is for more states to step up and follow California's lead.
