Most likely because he has the Catholic Church in his back pocket! The same reason he vetoed AB 3120 last night, Childhood sexual assault, Statute of limitations. Mainly involving the Catholic Church.

Good decision by the Governor 👍

davecatanese Just sterilize men.

避妊が適切な手法。中絶を正当化する事は一定の理由以外に於ては、生命倫理に反する様に思えて成らない。

Bad move.

WTF? This a medication, why is it excluded?

So men like Kavanaugh can abuse and discard women, get them pregnant and women can’t get these meds. Jesuits - men. Get the hell out of our bodies.

Well this sucks.

Those things are nasty. Needs to be taken care of on the front end with a free birth control, not the back-end with these extreme pills.

Colleges have family planning measures and birth control, so is this because you don’t want public schools and government $ to mix on a controversial issue ?

That is a step back from the socialist brink. Better to allow institutions to make this decision on their own, which is a pro-business position.

What gives?!

Gov. Jerry Brown orders new tests in quadruple-murder case of death row inmate Kevin CooperBreaking: Gov. Jerry Brown has ordered new tests of physical evidence in the case of Kevin Cooper, whose high-profile quadruple-murder conviction three decades ago has come into question in recent years. He did it. JerryBrownGov probably already has the tests rigged. I'd be very surprised to see this conviction overturned, despite the blonde hair found in victim's hand. Smoke & mirrors from the DEW governor. Scary to think this man is overseeing massive tunnel projects & boondoggle rails. I love Jerry Brown, his intelligence & his integrity
