A car-side voting location is empty at Prairie View A&M University Northwest polling station in Houston on Friday, Oct. 30, 2020. The location was one of the eight Harris County's 24-hour locations.
“We’re pleased that the Texas Supreme Court recognized that their arguments that drive-thru voting is illegal are flat-out wrong,” said Susan Hays, an attorney for the Harris County Clerk’s Office. “Lawsuits that are filed in the middle of an election to disrupt the election should be promptly denied.”
Trump won Texas by nine points in 2016 but polls have shown Democrat Joe Biden still within reach in America’s biggest red state. Democrats also need toand have aggressively targeted several races in Harris County.

This is especially confusing, because it implies they have some level of confidence these will be Democratic votes. The same goes for the efforts in PA and MN. Late-arriving ballots are expected to be more heavily Republican, so they’re essentially trying to “toss,” GOP votes.
