presenter Katlego Maboe will have to appear in court after he allegedly flouted a court order to stay away from his former lover, Monique Muller, according toThe publication reported on Sunday that Katlego allegedly broke the stipulations of the protection order that Monique obtained on 3 September in Sea Point, Cape Town.
Rapport spoke to Eric Ntabazalila, National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson in the Western Cape, who confirmed that Katlego, as well as Monique, will have to be in court on this coming Tuesday, 3 November.surrounding the TV personality comes after a video surfaced on social media last week in which Katlego is confronted by Monique over infidelity.
In the clip, Katlego, dressed in a gown, sheepishly admits to having cheated on Monique with another woman identified asKatlego Maboe has since disappeared from the public eye, only releasing a terse statement, saying:"I was unfaithful to my partner during a very important time of our lives - an act I regret to this day. We are currently undergoing an unfortunate and painful separation which is being resolved through legal proceedings".
He added:"In light of the comments made against me, I would like to state that I have never abused my partner."
