Footage from the body cameras of the police who fatally shot Walter Wallace Jr inearlier this week shows a person in “obvious mental health crisis” before an officer told the other to “shoot him” and they both opened fire, the family’s lawyer said.
Mental Health /Crises does not negate the risk the individual may pose. Any kind of impaired or cognitive impairment by the person makes the assesment of the threat they pose more complex.
