Hume argued that Democrats don't know what Coney Barrett would do if Obamacare came before the Supreme Court.

"That's what's called severability, it's kind of a technical issue. It's not at all clear how Amy Coney Barrett would vote on that but remember, if she were not on the court, and it's decided by a 4-4 court, the lower court's ruling would stand and the law would fall away. So I'm not sure at all what danger she poses when you think about the posture of the case.

"I do believe this hearing is a clear attempt to jam through a Supreme Court nominee who will take away healthcare from millions of people during a deadly pandemic that has already killed more than 214,000 Americans," Harris said. "A clear majority of Americans want whomever wins the election to fill this seat, and my Republican colleagues know that. Yet they are deliberately defying the will of the people in their attempt to roll back the rights and protections provided under the Affordable Care Act," she added.

Obama care act covers 8.7 mil today BafoonBiden thinks it's 157 mil 157 mil on private Insurance

what her confirmation should do is persuade biden and the senate to commit to adding justices to the supreme court, asap. we've been in a war for the federal judiciary since 1980, but dems have apparently not been aware of it and have refused to fight to preserve our rights.

Is Brit willing to put his money where his mouth has been? Brit, I'll bet you she will do exactly what right wingers want her to do.

🐂crap!

ACB could not have been more clear with her intentions: - overturn Roe vs Wade...remove the rights for women - help abolish the ACA healthcare - allow states to re-introduce segregation laws - support voter suppression i.e. remove the rights for non-whites - reverse gay rights

Voter intimidation is OK—- only if people have no inalienable or constitutional rights. Any sixth grader would know that the answer is No

I wouldn't trust Brit Hume to give a courtesy flush in the men's room at a chili cook-off.

The flip side to that is she could also doom the ACA and hurt millions of people. Brit Hume needs to portray more than one scenario.

Bullshit just watch. But that’s ok because karma be coming around the corner. DumpTrump2020
