Amy Coney Barrett, President Donald Trump’s nominee for a lifetime job on the U.S. Supreme Court, has served as a federal appeals court judge since 2017. Here are some of her notable legal opinions 👇 via JanNWolfe 1/5

- Amy Coney Barrett, President Donald Trump’s nominee for a lifetime job on the U.S. Supreme Court, has served as a federal appeals court judge since 2017 and has weighed in on cases involving several hot-button issues including abortion, gun rights, immigration and campus sexual assault.

In 2019, Barrett voted to rehear a ruling by a three-judge 7th Circuit panel that upheld a challenge to another Republican-backed Indiana abortion law. The Indiana measure would require that parents be notified when a girl under 18 is seeking an abortion even in situations in which she has asked a court to provide consent instead of her parents.

The two other judges, both appointed by Republican President Ronald Reagan, said the federal law and a similar Wisconsin one were constitutional. Barrett revived a lawsuit by the accused student who said the university had put him through a sham proceeding in which he could not properly defend himself.

JanNWolfe Confirm Amy Coney Barrett without delay ACBHearings

JanNWolfe Couldn't you find a scarier photo of her?

JanNWolfe Note: AmyConeyBarrett BarrettHearing is using many code words that indicate that she is also against many effective contraceptives If you wish to have a professional life and don’t have wealth or a homemaker spouse be prepared to live a life of chastity

JanNWolfe im only 14. im too young for this shit.

JanNWolfe At least she’s consistent on coming down on the wrong side of issues... ugh.

JanNWolfe Really dont like this bitch at aaaaaall

JanNWolfe If I were Coney I won't accept such nomination. Especially from Trump. I am not trying to undermine any person. But common, one have to think of things. Values, principles, desciency. Common lots of things to asses and understand, relevance, justice.

JanNWolfe There’s a reason Biden/Kamala are refusing to answer the packed court question. It doesn’t even have to be packed, 2 more seats would do just fine to offset Justice Dudebro/Barret. Barrett has 3 yrs of experience being a judge. That alone should disqualify her from consideration.

JanNWolfe Like Gorsuch sitting in his stolen seat - Patient Zero Barrett is showing her fundamental lack of integrity by accepting a nomination while Americans are already voting.

JanNWolfe she’s definitely a character but from what i hear she only has 3 years of work under her belt, i don’t know if she’s really qualified for her role.

JanNWolfe She’s a total milf !

JanNWolfe She sounds like an upstanding American.

JanNWolfe lizfinch 😳

JanNWolfe Is this it? I knew she hadn't served for long, but this article is very short, is this all we've got?

JanNWolfe Trump simply wants to decide the Judiciary. And plant a junior over the senior one's. You know in law, legal fraternity is not politics. It's a discipline of highrachy. So it won't go down well with the rest of judges. Especially those more qaulified with lots of experiences

JanNWolfe With only two years experience,it's a joke on such bench. Wonder why other senior legal people accepts this confrontations. Trump did not even consult them to seek proper advice. I don't think her most seniors with better experience will allow her last if sworn in.

JanNWolfe She looks like Trump's wife though. Perhaps that similarity draws attention. She looks too weak and her eyes, lack experience, she looks as if she is scared but being pushed to accept it any way! I think Republicans have pushed her to accept this nomination. She knows .

JanNWolfe My concern about Coney is lack of experience. And the fact that she does not look very intelligent for such a high profile judicial job. Besides who on earth still works with a Trump nomination? I bet very few would fall to Trump's joke's. That makes me wonder how serious she is

JanNWolfe President realDonaldTrump has been unmistakably clear: he WILL protect Americans with pre-existing conditions. He has signed an executive order to that effect. Don’t listen to the lies being told by Democrats in today’s SCOTUShearings 🇺🇸

JanNWolfe Paging my *.esq tweeps - In other circumstances (Political party & gender aside) would Barrett’s record be considered sufficient for SupremeCourt nomination?

JanNWolfe Pro-Corporate coup of our 'checks and balances'?

JanNWolfe

JanNWolfe The fact that Barrett would accept a nomination to the SCOTUS under these conditions is itself a disqualification for being on the SCOTUS The GOP have been 'packing the court' since they illegally installed Bush 43 in 2001 RBG GOPCorruptionOverCountry courtpacking ACB

307independent JanNWolfe TRUMPS female mouth piece...She mustn't have much pride or respect for her fellow must be all about idolitry of trump.and power over womens bodies and peoples health and wellbeing...NOT preachings associated with ANY GOD OR RELIGION I KNOW

JanNWolfe Say goodbye to the ACA and coverage for pre-existing conditions. The GOP wants to kill Americans.

JanNWolfe No masks. Poor judgment.

JanNWolfe

JanNWolfe

JanNWolfe She’s a damn handmaiden to men. And a LIAR. Men will always be her first concern. She doesn’t give a shit about women. She doesn’t even give a shit about her OWN kids. Who takes their kids UNMASKED to a super spreader event? A HANDMAIDEN. That’s who! VoteNO

JanNWolfe

JanNWolfe Chris Wallace has proven himself a political hack. We should not have to listen to him on Fox. He is a left wing operative!!! He is a disgrace to all worthy journalist which now are very few!!!!!

JanNWolfe Wow, I 'wonder' why has gone through the trouble of listing all of this Opinions don't build themselves, get on it 'journalists' Next thing we hear is probably that they also endorse Biden

JanNWolfe VoteHimOut2020

JanNWolfe She has 2 years experience as a judge - and they want to give her a life-time appointment on the most important court in the land. How many of you have 2 years at your job - so you're made CEO?

JanNWolfe

JanNWolfe She's nuts

JanNWolfe I would like to hear her opinion one day when her grown daughter asks her why she introduced her to a man who grabs women by the pu**y and why her father also allowed it.

JanNWolfe For the masses: Supreme Court Justice ElenaKagan had never argued a case in her life before. USSupremeCourt

JanNWolfe My employer requires more experience for entry level staff positions. This is a joke of a nomination and it should be treated as such.

JanNWolfe Great judge!

Abortion Although Barrett has not ruled directly on abortion as a judge, she has cast votes signaling opposition to rulings that struck down abortion-related restrictions. Abortion-rights groups expressed concern Barrett could help overturn a decision which legalized abortion 2/5
