ninadouglas Good! I’ve been banging on about this !

bbclaurak bbcnickrobinson BBCBreaking why this is not on the news

There is something fundamentally wrong or perhaps broken within our Parliament & its procedures when MPs have to launch questioning in this way to bring Gov to account?

Parliament should have an oversight committee with the power to investigate government spending. It shouldn’t need crowd funding. Reminds me of Del Boy and painting the Nags Head. Painter and decorator bid £1000, Del £2000: £500 to Landlord,£500 to del and £1000 to PD to do job

And absolutely about time. Thank you to all involved.

Found £70 million. Given to a company with £45k in the bank.

HAHAHAHAH! not even publishing tenders? Bunch of corrupt old morons! What does the queen say about his? ah true, nothing cus she's useless. everyone OUT!

Good for them

Usual suspects Lucas and Moran. Ridiculous pair of insignificant losers if ever a pair raised their heads. There’s a field somewhere crying out for two scarecrows.

At Last. Thank You.

Great wish them all success. But where are the masks? Social distancing?

About bloody time. Well done.

Please don’t just say yes the contracts broke the law! Can you investigate the private companies aswell for false results with the evidence people see on a daily basis and put them in prison, public safety does anyone think of that as a reason for them to go to prison?

“The government has failed to account for £3bn spent on private contracts since the start of lockdown, new figures show” ....

Tories will find some way of silencing the courts. I expect this valiant effort will be buried

Good. There will be an independent inquiry one day, the outcome will be covered up for a few years and publishing it will cause one or the other raised eyebrow at the cronies’ breakfast tables...and that will be it. World beating banana democracy.

About bloody time. This pocket-lining has been going on for months. I fear, however, that this attempt to make a shoddy government, led by a novelty draught excluder, accountable will come to nothing.

Boris selecting those who can take part in the tender process ( there isn't one)

Wow! A whole new ball game...?🤔

Not before time. This government has committed criminal acts under procurement law.
