Former federal territories minister Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor may have settled the Inland Revenue Board’s tax suit against him through joint agreement that he only needed to pay RM40.3 million.

This is according to a copy of a draft consent order filed on Sept 30 in the Registry of the High Court in Kuala Lumpur...
