A Nigerian senator, Ali Ndume, told the Federal High Court in Abuja, on Friday, that he is unable to find Abdulrasheed Maina, an ex-pension boss for whom he is acting as surety.
He is being prosecuted by the EFCC on a 12-count charge, accused of operating fictitious accounts and carrying out fraudulent activities. The SSS handed over Mr Maina, who headed the pension reform task team, to the EFCC, which had declared him wanted for over a year.‘I can’t find him’
This is just another Abaribe and Kanu case, we can't allow these senators help criminal escape. The law says if u can't produce the person u bailed, then u replace him jail. Ali Ndume must replace Maina in jail so future generation of fake senators will learn.
