MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court is considering to have the Bar examinations administered online next year, Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta told senators Thursday. During the Senate hearing on the proposed 2021 budget of the judiciary, Senator Francis Tolentino inquired whether the Supreme Court is looking into holding online Bar exams similar to several states in the U.S.
“There is now a move because we are not the only ones confronting this crisis, moves in other jurisdictions, in Michigan, District of Columbia, Louisiana, and also New York to have online Bar examinations,” Tolentino said.“We are considering that next year,” he added.
