So no Constitutional insight from NPR? When did you become a tabloid?

Will sleepy Joe be awake after the election?

What does he Think has been Going On the past 4 years? A flippin' great game of Parcheesi?

Abuse of power is what I call it. That seat belongs to Merrick Garland.

Ugh . . . so much drama!! When, not if the Republicans win in November, this matter will be settled but not until the lawyers and Dems get it heard in the Supreme Court because they’ll drag this out forever. Joe, withdraw before your past votes and remarks come back to haunt you.

I have been in on some interview processes for professionals like CEOs that have taken longer. Even after it’s down to 3 potential people. Has this been going on already?

Let’s see what he said back in 2016 when he wasn’t in such decline.

2016, Dems had no problem, neither did Ginsburg. 'There's nothing in the Constitution that says the president stops being the president in his last year,' Ginsburg said in a 2016 New York Times interview in which she called for Garland to receive a confirmation vote in Senate.

just like dropping pallets of cash in Iraq? same as passing obummercare on last day of congress, lol. just like enriching every one in your fucking family? who writes your messages, jb? i'm sure you must hit the send button with your forehead

Problem is, modern day republicans have no conscience.

Republicans have to respect the voters who sent them there for this very reason. Respect the voters who sent you there to do a job in 2018

Biden will need to get tougher at some point and realize this is not the Republican Party of the past when they were just plain assholes that could be swayed with the right amount of pressure. This is wayyyy different. He will, he's giving them a last chance

what about jamming through a russia hoax?

We all know Obama and the Dems would have jammed their nominee through if they had the chance

It’s the right thing to do.

Yet he was all for it in 2016.

Sorry Joe 🤷‍♂️

NPR FakeNews, does sleepy Joe HidenBiden, knows or read the Constitution of The USA? Why is he asking to hold off the consideration on the Supreme Court? By the Constitution: President Trump should do it and Senate should vote NOW. Ask sleepy Joe to read Article II.

Lets just not vote for president than

Jam it through!

Yeah that's the point of holding the majority 🤣 remember you did impeach our president so call it karma 🤨

Facts

President Trump took the oath of office for 4 years on Jan. 20, 2017, this term ends on Jan. 20, 2021, not 3 years and 9 months. I expect a new judge to be seated before Jan. 20, 2021, not election day.

😂😂😂🤣

Unlike Merrick Garland?

To be in power does not give the right to be despicable.

Who cares what that loser thinks. FillTheSeat

Tell Biden to fck off!

But the dems would be nominating someone if they held the presidency and the senate...so cut the drama. If Reid hadn't used the nuclear option it wouldn't be an issue

nwjerseyliz It is and they have every right to exercise it.

Joe - When you use words like 'an exercise of raw political power' Repugnantcans pick that phraseology up and wear it like a badge of honor.

'jam' aka, vote on a nominee as per the constitution.

It is exactly what Obama would do. Be honest Joe.

Wait wasn’t Biden in the senate for many years, guess he forgot the process.

It's kind of the president's job.

Funny, how it’s not ok to jam things through when your not in power, yet it is ok when you are, ex. ACA. While I prefer the pick gets made after the election, let’s just be honest about it. Dem or Repub, either party would try and get this pick thru.

Now tell us what his position was in 2016 you faux journalism organization

McConnell is a man without a single grain of integrity. senatemajldr

It's going to happen. Now the Dems job is to see how low they'll sink to try and stop a completely normal process from occurring.

yeah joe, that’s basically exactly right. raw power is what Rs do much better than Ds. anyone upset by all this has to realize this is all legal and allowable. blame the founding fathers and the constitution (with a bit of gerrymandering throw in); both are overrated and stupid.

Nominating and appointing judges when is EXACTLY why we voted for them. The absurdity is the people who LOST telling the people who WON not to fill a seat. GFY

Please,JoeBiden . Let this be the last you say of it. Run on the issues people care about ( and the fact that YOU care). Don't get roped into Capitol Hill sleaze and tantrums. Please stay above this and campaign on becoming POTUS.

Unfortunately Uncle Joe, they are going to move on with the process. We better do the same when the situation presents itself. Quit fucking playing so nice. The Republicans don't. They could care less.

You know better: Of 29 SCOTUS vacancies in pres election yrs. - 29 POTUS nominations. - 19/29, POTUS and Senate were same party, 17 were approved. - 10/29, POTUS and Senate were different parties, only 2 were approved. Yes, it’s power politics. It’s election consequences.

not surprising that wielding political power is considered “bad form” by the democratic nominee

Huh...surprised that didn’t work.

Coming from a senile old fool...doesnt even realize he got no chance....🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Wow

Yes. It is an exercise of power. Trump is the President. It is Constitutional.

Derp

NO WE DON'T want someone like Jim Crow joe or copmala harris to be appointed so we are good

It would be nice if Dems actually used their political power when they have it.

Jam it through- be an American!
