The Kuala Lumpur High Court today dismissed a taxi driver’s legal bid to delist the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam as a terrorist group. Judge Mariana Yahya issued the ruling over V Balamurugan’s judicial review application during proceedings this morning.
